How To Install Ball Mill Lined Ceramic Liner

1. First, remove the dirt, cement residue, rust, welding slag, dust and oil on the surface of the ball mill. The smooth surface can be roughened to improve the bonding effect.

2. White cement or wear-resistant ceramic structural adhesive is generally used to bond the ceramic lining plate of the ball mill. The construction starts from the end face of the ball mill. The end faces are all installed together with straight bricks and straight half bricks. In the ball mill, the bricks and the bricks are closely bonded. After installing several lining bricks, they should be gently tapped with a rubber hammer or a wooden hammer, so that the binder is evenly distributed between the bricks and the bricks, the bricks and the cylinder wall. To ensure the bonding quality, strictly control the gap between the bricks to be less than 1.5mm.

3. When installing the cylinder, calculate the number of straight bricks and inclined bricks to be used, and install them alternately in proportion to ensure that the wear-resistant ceramic lining bricks are tightly bonded to the inner wall of the cylinder, and the installed ceramic surface forms a smooth connection and gaps. It is tightly sealed with cement to ensure the bonding strength, so that the ceramics and the equipment are closely integrated into one, which can prolong the service life of the wear-resistant ceramics and reduce the maintenance of the ball mill equipment.
