How to check whether the ceramic rubber composite board is qualified？
A. The flatness of the ceramic rubber composite board, without obvious deformation, measure the external dimension and diagonal line with a steel ruler;
B. Check the appearance of the ceramic sheet embedded with rubber, whether there are missing corners, cracks and whether the surface color is consistent;
C Check the adhesion between the rubber plate and the steel plate, and pull the rubber plate around the steel plate by hand to see if there is any problem of warped edges or a firm bond.
D. Check the four bolts used for installation on the back of the steel plate, whether the welding is firm, and whether the size is correct.
