Our production line is currently manufacturing TZ38 ZTA (Zirconia Toughened Alumina) grinding balls for mining applications that require higher toughness and longer service life.
Compared with standard alumina balls, TZ38 offers better resistance to impact and breakage. In our factory, special attention is paid to zirconia content control and sintering stability to ensure consistent performance from batch to batch.
TZ38 grinding balls are commonly used in:
1.Gold and copper ore grinding
2.Secondary grinding and regrinding circuits
3.High-load ball mills and stirred mills
