Many customers said that the liner is easy to break when cutting, it is because the high-speed rotating blade will be subject to shear stress when it contacts the center of the wear resistant liner. Therefore, it must cut from one end of the liner, which can reduce the shear stress and reduce the possibility of crushing. Secondly, it is necessary to cool the cutting blade. When cutting this hard material, the temperature of the blade rises rapidly, which will lead to the decrease of the strength of the blade.
