Composite Ceramic Wear-resistant Liner

The composite ceramic wear-resistant ceramic liner is mainly a composite product formed by vulcanization of small ceramic squares and rubber. 1. Impact resistance, alumina wear-resistant ceramic lining rubber has good buffering performance, which can buffer the impact caused by ores falling from a high altitude, while the wear-resistant ceramic lining has wear-resistant performance because the main raw material of the product is alumina , but the toughness is insufficient. When the impact reaches a certain level, wear-resistant ceramic rubber composite plates must be selected.

 

2. The construction is convenient, and there is no gap after the lining plate is installed. The rubber composite lining can be twisted and cut, suitable for installing various special-shaped equipment

 

3. No sticking and no blocking: Due to the high strength and corrosion resistance of ceramics, it can greatly solve the phenomenon of equipment sticking and blocking.

 

4. It has strong wear resistance, impact resistance and corrosion resistance. Rubber elastomer has excellent vibration damping effect, which can reduce the noise generated during material transportation

 

5. The density is lower than that of the steel plate, the weight is light, and because of its high wear resistance, it does not need to be replaced frequently, which can save a lot of time.

 

Generally, it can be used as a round surface or as a corner. In short, the composite board is a more practical industrial wear-resistant material.
