1. Material: The material of the steel pipe shell is generally 20# steel or Q235 steel;
2. The forms of ceramic patches include welding type, mosaic type, self-arching type, dovetail mutual pressure self-locking type, insert type and spiral type;
3. Pipe diameter: greater than or equal to 100mm;
4. Temperature resistance: less than or equal to 300 degrees;
5. Application areas: electric power, mining, coal, etc.;
6. Size: Thickness - shell steel pipe 5-12mm, lining ceramic thickness 5-25mm, common 10mm;
7. Advantages:
(1) High hardness: Rockwell hardness is HRC80-90, the hardness is second only to diamond, far exceeding the wear resistance of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel;
(2) High wear resistance: The wear resistance is equivalent to 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high-chromium cast iron;
(3) Light weight: The density of the ceramic sheet is 3.9g/cm3, which is only half of that of steel, which can greatly reduce the load of the equipment;
(4) High purity: alumina content: ≥95%
8. Connection method: flange, V-connector, welding section;
9. High cost performance: under the same working conditions, the use of ceramic patch composite pipes is more suitable than bimetallic composite pipes;
10. Precautions: It is not impact-resistant. Pay attention to anti-collision during transportation and installation. Generally, closed packaging is required for packaging, such as packaging racks or packaging boxes, and some are wrapped with straw ropes. It is recommended to install lifting ears.
