Alumina Chemical Packing Balls

Alumina chemical packing balls are widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, fertilizer, natural gas and environment protection etc. As the coverage & support material and the packed tower of catalyst in the reactor, it has characteristics of high temperature & high pressure resistance, low water absorption and stable chemical performance. It can be able to withstand the corrosion of acid-base and other organic solvents, as well as changes of temperature during the production process. Its main role is to increase the distribution points' support of gas and liquid and protect the intensity of the active catalyst.

2. Moisture absorption must less than half a percent.
3. The porcelain's specific gravity is 2.3-2.4g/cm3 and an average heat capacity (between 20ºC and 500ºC of 0.22 cal/g.ºC)
