Product Introduction
Ceramic Lining Bricks for Ball Mill is a kind of ceramoc liners which has the characteristics of high hardness, high density, low abrasion, good regularity and corrosion resistance.Alumina ceramic brick is mainly used in the wear-resistant lining of the ball mill, and it is a powerful assistant for wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant of the ball mill.
Installation Method
1. Before installation, any brick or cement left on the surface of the ball mill must be cleaned, and the smooth surface shall be roughened.
2. The installation gap shall be within 1mm, white cement or a small amount of 107 glue shall be used as the adhesive, or resin glue can be used to paste the lining brick.
3. The installation sequence shall start from the end face. Straight bricks or semi straight bricks shall be used for both ends. After the two end faces are installed, the cylinder shall be installed. After completion, the surface shall be cleaned, watered for 1-2 days, and then filled with water for curing for more than 10 days.
