Product Application
The quality of zirconia ceramic beads, zirconium silicate ceramic beads and alumina ceramic balls produced by the company using the self-developed production process is stable, and they are widely used in the wet ultrafine grinding of non-metallic ores, as well as the ultrafine powder grinding and dispersion of coatings, paints, inks, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, titanium dioxide, electronic materials, special chemicals and other industries. Chemical packing ball is widely used in high temperature, high pressure and corrosive working environment in chemical industry. It is an ideal packing in conversion furnace, reaction furnace and packing tower in petroleum and chemical industry.

PRE-SHIPMENT SAMPLE
If you worries about the production quality of the big batch, we could send pre-shipment sample to you by random taking from the big batch to ensure the quality of the big batch produce fulfil your requirements. If the quality of the pre-shipment sample didn't reach to your requirement or different with the free sample we used to send, we will re-produce the big batch product.
STRICTLY QC BEFORE SHIPPING
In order to be reponsible for all customers. Every batch of products will be under Quality Control before packing. We will take random sample from the big batch production to test the quality in our lab by Sclerometer, planetary mill, electric mirror, pressure tester, surface analyzer and analytical balance etc. For each batch of produce, we will issue Certificate of Analysis and attach with the packing.
